New agreement supports 5,000+ public sector organizations with faster, compliant access to trusted project delivery expertise. 

OTTAWA – June 16, 2025 Tiree, a leading strategic advisory and project management services firm, is pleased to announce a new supply arrangement with Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (Canoe), a non-profit cooperative purchasing group that supports more than 5,000 public sector organizations throughout Canada. 

This partnership enables Canoe members, including municipalities, provincial governments, school boards, airport authorities, Indigenous self-governing bodies, and Crown corporations, to access Tiree’s full suite of infrastructure advisory and project management services without initiating a competitive procurement process. By leveraging Canoe’s pre-qualified vendor network, public sector buyers can reduce project timelines, ensure compliance, and move forward with greater confidence in service delivery outcomes.
