James came to Tiree with over 15 years of professional services consulting experience, and a keen understanding of business strategy and operations. Having led large multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects, James understands the value of having the people and processes in place to integrate best practices, and support continued company growth and success. He leads a dedicated Corporate Services group that includes experienced Operations, HR, IT and Security personnel. James is a keen listener and brings a new perspective to building sustainable and meaningful solutions for Tiree’s future. A perspective that supports the business, but most importantly our people!

Paul Knowlton

When Paul came to Tiree in 2013, he brought with him a vision to build a renowned team of real property leaders. He realized that vision, and today leads a talented team in a wide range of service offerings that cover the full spectrum of real property advisory services. Whether it’s preparing a Treasury Board Submission for a multi-billion dollar development, or directing a team on assembling a portfolio strategy for the Federal Government, Paul is there, bringing his 30 years of experience, an unwavering attention to detail, sound analysis and clear recommendations. His focus on quality product and quality service is evidenced in everything his team does. As his team continues to grow, Paul happily shares his wealth of knowledge, and passionately mentors his team on the value of quality work!

Joanne Pagani

Joanne joined Tiree in 2012, bringing with her a Professional Engineering designation, a Ph.D, 15 years of experience leading the delivery of complex construction and engineering projects, and a stellar industry reputation! Joanne’s calm demeanor, dedication to problem-solving and immeasurable passion for leading Tiree’s large team of best-in-class project managers forms the backbone of her commitment to our people, our clients, and our iconic projects. As Tiree’s growth continues, Joanne’s focus will be on expanding our Project Management business line, creating more opportunities for career advancement, training, tools and technology. We can’t wait to see what Joanne achieves next!

Mark LeBlanc

Mark’s genuine and infectious enthusiasm for ‘all things Tiree’ started in 2014, the day he first stepped through the door. His penchant for seeking out opportunities to grow Tiree’s business and the team is founded on over fifteen years of experience in business development and strategic planning. His ability to build lasting relationships starts with his sincere passion for collaboration, teamwork, our built environment, and quality service, and is strengthened by his authenticity and engaging sense of humour. Mark is a bold thinker and has been instrumental in Tiree’s phenomenal growth and expansion throughout the past 8 years. And he has a very clear vision and plan for that growth and expansion to continue!
