The Role:

The Project Manager (Move Management) will lead the planning, coordination, management and execution of the transition and relocation of various departments within the Client’s premises to newly renovated space. The role includes developing move plans and strategies to support continued operations of essential services while supports key stakeholders to ensure a seamless go live for the renovated area(s).

What You’ll Do:

Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines timeline and key deliverables of the move
Identify and assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Manage all aspects of relocation, including logistics, vendor management, communication with employees and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all technology-related requirements are met
Collaborate with external vendors, including moving companies, architects and designers to ensure project goals are executed
Manage the move-in process, ensuring all furniture/equipment are delivered and set up in a timely and efficient manner
Provide post-move support to employees and resolve issues that may arise

Develop a move strategy to address site, availability of resources, schedule, security and IT and electrical coordination needs
Manage the planning, analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of deliverables and requirements
Review and assess move scope of requirements in support of preparing comprehensive move scope documentation
